What kind of Energy Healing are you familiar with?

you name it I have tried it..well no not quite..but there is so much out there. Shen, reiki, bioenergy healing, jinshinj jyutsu, which I rate highly, don't rate shen or reiki that much now.. I believe we make healing too complex.. so many methods out there now..gets very confusing.. theta ..cranial sacral, flower essences..EFT ZPOINT PROCESS... tara approach...
