- I enjoy connecting with people from all different cultures and backgrounds. As an entrepreneur of Himalaya Holisitcs Ltd, I believe the more we can help others, the more we learn about ourselves. 'We are spiritual beings having a human experience.' I am currently running my own retreats in Spain and Italy. I have designed a programme, called The Holistic Urban Detox which is specifically created for people living in an Urban environment, to assist in getting a balance in their lifestlye through a more Holistic way of living. I am also launching my own range of aromatic essential oils, watch this space!
